All Women Yoga

This gorgeous, gentle class helps balance hormones, hot flushes, aids good sleep, nutrition and relaxation. We use gentle yoga postures to stretch and strengthen muscles, and breathing exercises to help you relax and manage stress. Our class structure is beneficial for women who feel they are being controlled by their hormone’s, their menopause, or are planning a pregnancy and coming off birth control. Our wellbeing classes suit all women at all stages of life.
