Hi there, welcome to Eden’s! Thank you for visiting my website.
I’m Nicola Welsh, creator and founder of Eden’s, offering yoga, massage and sensory play. Eden’s was established in 2014 when my little boy was eight months old, back then most of my classes were messy play and infant massage, Eden happily came along to class with me, watching him grow helped me to grow my business to what it is today.
I have over 20 years’ experience working in Children Centres and have Early Years Care and Education qualifications. I trained as an Infant Massage instructor with The International Association of Infant Massage in 2008 and completed over 300 hours of advanced Women’s Yoga Teacher Training and am a certified Yoga Teacher, completing my training with Yogabellies.

I really enjoy spending time and working with women, and I’m passionate about supporting women in all life cycles, therefore I only offer classes for women. Being a mum myself I understand how wonderful and emotional motherhood can be, I like to keep my mum and baby classes small, allowing mums the opportunity to share advice, stories and support each other.

Classes currently available are, All Women Yoga, this class is great for helping women to balance hormones. Yoga for pregnancy, helping relieve common complaints of pregnancy such as heartburn and backache, and post-partum with baby such as mum and baby yoga and mum and baby massage.
My classes are suitable for everyone and require no yoga experiences. All yoga classes are fun, gentle and always end with relaxation. Most of our classes are held in a fully equipped yoga studio. Mum and baby massage is different to other infant massage courses, classes with Eden’s not only massage baby, but we also practice self-massage on mum too.
Away from yoga and massage, I also offer a variety of fun sessions for babies and toddlers including Messy and Sensory Play, lots of these are themed such as Summer Beach, Halloween and Christmas. Not forgetting I also offer bespoke party packages, perfect for birthdays.

When we had our first messy play we thoroughly enjoyed it! We felt welcome and everyone was friendly. We will definitely return to get messy again!!!.

My son and I attended the 5 week Mum & Baby massage course and could not recommend it enough. Nicola was the most friendly, welcoming teacher & made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I felt like I’d known her forever! I learnt so many wonderful massage techniques which my son absolutely loves and met so many lovely mummies who I still keep in touch with. It was a lovely ending to each class too, sitting with a cuppa and having a chat - little things that mean so much to a new Mummy. Thank you so, so much. You are amazing!! xxxxx

I've been coming to ladies' yoga on a Wednesday evening, it has helped me thoroughly I can sleep at night and Nicola is helping with yoga movements to help with joint issues caused by perimenopause. She is always happy to help where she can. And it is a lovely friendly environment.
